In 2012, Ken a.k.a Pop had the dream of opening a crawfish restaurant. He found a small piece of property and with the help of a few friends got to work on our little “shack”. Once our construction was completed and ready for the upcoming crawfish season Ken figured we should bring another Louisiana staple to our little “shack”.

We decided to take a family trip to New Orleans to attend “sno-ball school” at Hansen’s Sno-Bliz the oldest sno-ball stand in New Orleans. We learned the in’s and out’s of shaved ice and what makes the perfect New Orleans sno-ball here in Texas.

We have continued to add to our business over the years, bringing more authentic Cajun food to Texas.
